Such a great hotel. Location was the best possible in my opinion. The lane below has lots of yum coffee, breakfast and lunch options. Our room was super quiet and dark...perfect. Only slight negative was that the air conditioning was a bit average at times. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would book here again if I ever get the luck to return to Melbourne in future.
Stayed overnight on 16.12.23. It's an okay place for overnight stay. The entry to the hotel is via a small alleyway. Checkout took a quiet but the staff are friendly. The room is clean and tidy. The bed and the room temperature were comfortable. Stayed on the second floor, so the view out the window was the wall of the other building. The reception is open 24 hours, which is great. There are lots of Asian restaurants nearby. Personally, I won't be staying here again, but overall, it's a great hotel.
Perfect location, central to everything. Couple of tram stops only a short walk from the hotel. Rooms were tidy and service was friendly. The parking arrangement was also very straightforward and easy to understand. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time I'm in Melbourne.
Staff were extremely friendly, location was great. The room had great facilities. The only reason why it was not a 5 is because the toilet was a bit old - the sink had cracks, and I had to hunt for the switch for the table lamp and upon turning the lap upside down, I found it very dusty. Great for an overnight business trip though!
Unable to keep my booking as they would not let my daughter check in and they do not take payments online from credit card for me to pay for the room. Not sure what is going on there!!! …
Great location but felt a bit weird when we arrived at night and maps doesn’t bring you to the door but lane so we thought wasn’t there anymore. Rooms were spacious, lovely shower and soo central for seeing Elizabeth Market, shopping , museums etc
It was fine. Clean, comfortable, central. Not great though- the windows are wide rather than high which means they don't show any sky, and the constant AC seemed really unnecessary in the cold spring. Noises from the city were muffled but still present. The gym is ridiculously tiny and under-equipped. Staff was nice!
Great location near to every think rooms are ok but down side is very dark and views are of other buildings word of warning be mindfull leaving things in room as cleaners have a habit of taking items so keep an eye on what you have in room we were lucky noticed items missing and managed eventually to get back
